Terms of Service

1. Service Scope & Technical Requirements

Israel IPTV 4K provides digital streaming access delivered over standard internet connections.

• A stable internet broadband connection of at least 25-30 Mbps is recommended for smooth Full HD and 4K playback.
• The service is compatible with major platforms: Smart TVs (Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Sony Android TV), media boxes, smartphones, tablets, and personal computers.
• Configuration is performed through standard compatible third-party players (e.g., TiviMate, IBO Player, Smart IPTV, or IPTV Smarters Pro).

2. Fixed Duration & No Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are purchased for fixed periods (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) according to published plans.

• All plan fees are one-time payments for the agreed duration.
• There are no recurring automatic charges. Access simply expires at the end of the selected period unless you manually choose to renew.

3. Single Connection Rule & Fair Use

Standard subscriptions permit one active stream at any given time.

• You may configure the credentials on multiple home devices, but simultaneous streaming is restricted to one screen. Multi-room packages are available upon request through support.
• Redistributing, rebroadcasting, or public sharing of account credentials is strictly prohibited and results in immediate automated line suspension.

4. Server Maintenance & Uptime

We continuously maintain server clusters and edge nodes to ensure maximum stream stability. Scheduled maintenance and channel updates are executed with minimal viewer disruption. In the event of localized transit bottlenecks, backup servers are provisioned via our support desk.
